The Blue Grass Motorsport project was designed to consolidate multiple auto dealerships on a 7.5-acre campus. The dealership sells Audi, Porsche, Saab, Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. The project included three buildings totaling 83,234 square feet.
The facility can accommodate more inventory than the old dealership locations and now offers a sort of one-stop shopping spot for those interested in the luxury cars and sport utility vehicles.
The buildings are completed with high-end finishes to match the quality of the vehicles inside. Even better… the buildings are now energy efficient because of the insulated concrete walls throughout the complex.
