LEHI, UT – HK Composites, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of the brand’s new website at www.HKTies.com. The January 2014 launch coincides with record-breaking growth for the 20-year-old company as they expand their manufacturing operations with a new building, new machinery, and new marketing materials.
The new website offers a fresh look and streamlined user experience that features an improved color scheme, a responsive layout, new typefaces and functionality designed exclusively for the architect and concrete pre-fabrication community.
The website is a true resource for architects, engineers, and project managers, offering critical information downloads including files, files, files and others.
The new website design offers an enhanced viewing experience and usability across all devices from desktops to mobile devices. The responsive website design allows the user to resize their browser on any device for effortless navigation and reading.
Other innovative functions include an upgraded “Products” section—designed to offer valuable information in just two or three clicks from the homepage—including detailed product images, technical specifications, step-by-step installation video demonstrations, testing standards, and installation instructions.
The enhanced “Projects” section lets visitors see large photographs and details about some of HK Composites’ recent projects. Visitors can also view, sort, and search an updated list of many of the company’s projects over the past several years.
HK Composites founder David Keith says the new website helps clarify questions and concerns that new users have when learning about their products.
Some website visitors are unfamiliar with the concept of insulated concrete sandwich panels so an expanded “How It Works” section along with a “What Makes HK Better” section better answer new users’ common questions when they first learn about the HK brand.
Additionally, the company has invested time and resources into better educating and informing their users of product enhancements, testing results, and other new product developments by installing a blog on the website. They have also established an online presence on several top social media websites including Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
