Four Foods Group Holdings is a restaurant investment and management company. It owns and operates multiple restaurants, including its primary brand, Kneaders Bakery and Café which has what founder Andrew Smith calls “a cult-like following of customers”.
In 2012 the company underwent a major expansion when they relocated to a 4,500-square-foot corporate office space and 12,000-square-foot warehouse in American Fork, Utah. The move allowed the company to centralize all of the distribution of the retail goods it sends out to its restaurants, as well as staging for new restaurants. The move equaled a 500 percent increase in office space for The Four Foods Group. The company plans to expand further by the end of 2013 with its current projected growth plans.
The Four Foods Group was founded by CEO Andrew K. Smith in 2008. Smith’s primary focus was to create as many jobs as possible in the markets that his company served. The company joined forces with its primary brand, Kneaders Bakery and Café. The restaurant concept was a European-style bakery where things were made by hand from simple, healthy ingredients. Kneaders has since become one of the fastest growing restaurant franchises in Utah and the Four Foods Group has acquired the exclusive development rights to expand Kneaders throughout Utah, Colorado, Arizona and Nevada.
